Quickscribe's Expert Annotator – Administrative Law

Melanie Harmer is a partner at McMillan LLP, where she practises in the areas of administrative law, civil litigation, and employment law. Melanie frequently appears before administrative tribunals and before courts on judicial review of administrative decisions. She is also regularly called upon to research and prepare complex legal opinions and draft submissions to the court in all areas of law. Prior to joining McMillan LLP, Melanie clerked for the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
