Michael Hargraves, a partner with the law firm Stewart McDannold Stuart, will act as Quickscribe’s expert annotator in the area of local government law. Michael practices as a solicitor, and has focused on local government law since 2007. His practice includes the drafting and interpretation of bylaws and contracts, a broad range of real property related matters, and the interpretation and application of key legislation, as well as presenting workshops and seminars for local governments throughout British Columbia. Michael will be contributing annotations to key local government legislation within the new Quickscribe Online legislation service.
