Daniel Sorensen, partner of the Chilliwack law firm Sorensen Smith LLP, will act as Quickscribe’s annotator in the area of Employment law. Daniel is an experienced litigator and a prolific blogger with a main focus on employment law. His work has included representing clients before the courts, WorksafeBC, the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal, the Employment Standards Branch, the BC Human Rights Tribunal, the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, the Labour Relations Board and the Residential Tenancy Branch.
