SAFE ACCESS TO SCHOOLS AMENDMENT ACT, 2026

HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:

1 Section 9 of the Safe Access to Schools Act, S.B.C. 2024, c. 18, is amended by striking out "July 1, 2026" and substituting "July 1, 2028".

Commencement

2 This Act comes into force on the date of Royal Assent.
