Commencement:

This Act comes into force on the date of Royal Assent.

This Bill proclaims the month of February in each year as Chinese Heritage Month Act.

HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:

1 The month of February in each year is proclaimed as Chinese Heritage Month in British Columbia.

2 This Act comes into force on the date of Royal Assent.
