Commencement:

This Act comes into force on the date that is 18 months after the date of Royal Assent.

This Bill repeals the Health Professions and Occupations Act.

HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:

1 The Health Professions and Occupations Act, S.B.C. 2022, c. 43, is repealed.

2 This Act comes into force on the date that is 18 months after the date of Royal Assent.

This Bill repeals the Health Professions and Occupations Act.
