This Reporter includes details of three new Regulations issued under the same B.C. Regulation number, B.C. Reg. 156/2015: Property Transfer Tax Exemption Regulation No. 21, Property Transfer Tax Exemption Regulation No. 22 and Property Transfer Tax Exemption Regulation No. 23. While it is highly unusual for more than one Regulation to share the same regulation number, we were assured by the office of the Registrar of Regulations that these three Regulations were, indeed, deposited under the same B.C. Regulation number. We were also provided with a copy of the page from the Index of Current Regulations, which lists these Regulations under the same number. Also note that these Regulations were incorrectly named in the original Order in Council, but are displayed with their correct names on the Index page.
