MEDICARE PROTECTION AMENDMENT ACT, 2006

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:

Medicare Protection Amendment Act, 2003

1 Section 16 of the Medicare Protection Amendment Act, 2003, S.B.C. 2003, c. 95, is amended by striking out “by regulation of the Lieutenant Governor in Council” and substituting “on February 22, 2006”.

 
Explanatory Note

This Bill brings the Medicare Protection Amendment Act, 2003 into force.
